Villa "Les bougainvillées du Cap"
Designed by an architect with numerous references in Martinique, its beautiful yellow siding and red tile roof give the villa "Les Bougainvillées du Cap", built in 2019, a charm enhanced by the omnipresence of the nearby sea. It is visible from all 4 bedrooms, and especially from the living room which offers direct continuity with the covered terrace through a wide opening without glass windows (closed by metal shutters).
Inside, a large living area with a wooden bench and cushions is conducive to conviviality for families and groups of friends. The bench on the mezzanine provides a space to isolate oneself for reading or games. Sun loungers, armchairs, cooler, beach mats, and beach games are available to guests.
The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment to prepare group meals: American refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Weber barbecue, Nespresso machine, food processor, citrus juicer, dishwasher, washing machine, ...
The welcome and maintenance of the villa are provided by a concierge service that prepares the house according to the expressed wishes of the tenants.

Swimming in the south-facing pool (4x8m) surrounded by tropical flowers with a view of the marine horizon is pure bliss, which can be extended by settling into comfortable armchairs or sun loungers on the tiled beach around the pool.
